i was wondering if u could make a folder for my comic/manga called Hetalia Gakuen Days?

May I submit a manga adaptation that's based off a fanfiction? I've already started it, and I have the author's permission to make it. Thank you for your time!

I'm starting another Manga, and I already have a folder for my HetaOni manga. But I want to put this manga up to, should I just submit it to the featured folder and send you a note for a description of the manga? I just wasn't sure on what to do. (sorry, i get confused easily. XD) Thanks for your time!

Question. I'll start doing a comic and I already have the cover -draw in pencil, not computer- and I don't know where should I sumbit it...
